My Story

Born between cultures, built for connection

With 14 years of experience across Learning & Development, HR, Product, and beyond, Vanessa has worn many hats (sometimes all at once). From startups, scale-ups, global enterprises to NGOs, she has designed learning that engages, inspires and delivers results.

Growing up as a Third-Culture Kid gave her a unique perspective on the world, one that thrives on curiosity, adaptability, and the power of learning. It shaped her passion for Learning & Development, Experience Design, and Consulting, where she helps individuals and teams unlock their potential.

She believe learning should be engaging, intentional, and designed for impact. With a mix of data-driven insights, creativity, and human-centered design, we at Yellow and New craft learning experiences that foster growth, innovation, and connection. Whether it’s through interactive workshops, strategic L&D consulting, or immersive facilitation, the goal is to create learning that sticks and drives real transformation.

At the heart of my work and building Yellow and New is a simple truth:
- Learning fuels innovation
- Human-centered workplaces thrive
- Play, creativity, and design make everything better
