This included:

A Notion-based Leadership Playbook for coaches and clients, bringing together leadership resources, facilitator guidance and curated learning content.
An Employee Engagement Playbook that helped CEOs, CHROs, HR professionals, L&D teams and business leaders understand how to use employee engagement insights, interpret data and create a culture where people feel heard and valued.

Both resources were designed to support learning beyond workshops by providing practical guidance, reusable resources and clear actions for different stakeholder groups.
