If you're starting from scratch, please let me know upfront. We'll first align on the scope, objectives, and desired outcomes before agreeing on a timeline.

If a new board or experience needs to be designed from scratch, the timeline will be reviewed and shared accordingly.

If you already have a board, we'll review and improve it together.

Ideally, the agenda, activities, and session format are defined beforehand. If not, we'll need to spend time clarifying these before moving into design.

A typical board review and refinement takes 2–4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the board.
